The electrical technology allows total process control, absolute repeatability and burr-free forging.
All axes (upper die and 4 horizontal punches) are driven directly by independent electric motors adjustable in position, speed and torque.
The control system on which it is based makes it to all intents and purposes a CNC machine in which every process parameter is adjustable according to the forged part.
The die-integrated lubrication system allows the lubrication zones to be set in terms of quantity and orientation of the oil jet.
